Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of leads from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to meet monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Customer Success) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and increase retention rates.
  • Analyze sales data using CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
