Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive at Deeceeline, you will be the first point of contact for students reaching out to us. Your job is to ensure every incoming call is answered promptly, student queries are handled efficiently, and potential leads are identified for the Business Development Associate team.



Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming student calls via our support lines.
  • Clearly explain course offerings and basic features.
  • Capture lead details accurately and tag them in the CRM.
  • Transfer or assign hot leads to the outbound sales team as required.
  • Maintain high call pickup and response rate.


Skills Required


  • Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English.
  • Pleasant and patient tone while handling student queries.
  • Basic data entry and lead tagging in CRM tools.
  • Good listener with empathy toward students’ concerns.
  • Discipline in following SOPs and scripts.
