At Deeceeline, our Business Development Associates are the engine driving revenue. You will play a pivotal role in converting leads through outbound efforts, proactively engaging with potential students, and helping them enrol in our flagship courses. If you’re result-oriented, persuasive, and thrive in a performance-driven environment, this role is for you. Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to prospective students from our lead database. Guide students through the course offerings and resolve pre-enrollment queries. Consistently follow up via WhatsApp/calls and push for enrollment. Maintain accurate call and lead status records in the CRM. Achieve weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to understand campaign intent and pitch alignment. Track and report performance regularly. Skills Required Strong communication and persuasion skills. Prior experience in telesales or edtech preferred (min. 1 Year). Good understanding of student psychology, objections, and conversion strategies. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
