Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) 1. Revenue Achievement Achieve a quarterly revenue target through solution sales across the assigned OEMs. Track and report on monthly and quarterly sales pipeline and conversion rates. Focus on deal closures in the mid-market to large enterprise segment. 2. Solution Selling & OEM Engagement Promote and position solutions from key OEM partners: JAMF, Veeam, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft O365, Netapp. Deliver tailored value propositions based on customer pain points and use cases. Maintain updated knowledge of each OEMs latest offerings, certifications, and GTM strategies. Participate in joint campaigns, webinars, and lead-generation initiatives with OEMs. 3. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building Perform outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and event follow-ups to generate qualified leads. Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel with at least 4x coverage of the quarterly target. Schedule product demos, discovery calls, and initial solution discussions. 4. Enterprise Customer Engagement Identify and engage enterprise decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Managers). Build account intelligence and tailor pitches accordingly. Track and document all customer interactions in the CRM. 5. Collaboration & Internal Coordination Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partner Managers, and the Service Delivery Team to ensure smooth execution of deals. Work closely with the BDM/Field Sales team to transition qualified opportunities and support during proposal stages. 6. Reporting & Performance Tracking Submit weekly activity reports covering pipeline status, lead conversions, and next steps. Maintain accuracy and hygiene of all data in the CRM system. Participate in weekly sales reviews and forecast meetings.
