Certifications: Relevant Indusrtry OEM Certifications About The Role: As a Security PreSales Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and presenting cybersecurity solutions that protect organizations against an ever-evolving threat landscape. You will work closely with customers and sales teams to understand business risks and propose solutions across a wide range of security technologies. Your expertise will span across network security (firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, secure SD-WAN), endpoint security (EDR/XDR platforms), identity and access management (IAM, MFA, PAM), cloud security (CASB, CNAPP, CSPM), data security (encryption, DLP), and security operations (SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, vulnerability management). You will engage in technical discussions, run Proof of Concepts (PoCs), develop high-level architectures, and assist in building customized solutions that align with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust Architecture. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge business needs with the right mix of technologies from leading vendors like Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Microsoft, Check Point, and others. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of integrated security ecosystems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enabling secure digital transformation for customers across industries. Key Responsibilities: Design and propose comprehensive security solutions across multiple technologies, including network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, data protection, and identity management. Lead customer-facing technical sessions to assess their security posture and align solutions with their specific needs and business objectives. Architect solutions leveraging technologies such as firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM, CASB, DLP, NGFW, and zero-trust architectures. Demonstrate solutions through live demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and security assessments, highlighting how the proposed solution mitigates risks and enhances security posture. Respond to RFPs and RFIs by providing detailed technical documentation, solution architectures, and competitive analysis to support sales efforts. Work with customers to implement security frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001, and industry-specific compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Guide customers in selecting and integrating the right mix of security tools and platforms from vendors like Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Check Point, Microsoft, etc. Educate customers on emerging cybersecurity trends, helping them understand advanced threat protection, incident response, and vulnerability management strategies. Collaborate with product management and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with customer requirements. Continuously update knowledge on new security technologies, attack vectors, and threat intelligence to maintain expertise in a fast-evolving security landscape. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. 6-9 years of proven PreSales or Solutions Engineering experience in Security domain Deep technical expertise in Architect solutions across firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM, CASB, DLP, NGFW, and zero-trust architectures. Strong hands-on knowledge of leading vendor like Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Check Point, and Microsoft, etc. Ability to design complex security infrastructure architectures and create detailed solution documentation. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and creating proposals with high-quality technical and commercial inputs. Skilled at conducting technical workshops, customer demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Industry certifications preferred: CISSP, CEH, CCSP, CCNA, CIAM, etc. Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically under pressure. Collaborative approach, working effectively with sales, product management, and delivery teams. Strong documentation skills (solution designs, technical write-ups, presentations). Willingness to stay current with latest trends, certifications, and emerging technologies.
