Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive who can engage with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and startups to promote and sell our website development and social media marketing solutions. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about startups, digitally savvy, and motivated to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking with startups and small businesses. Pitch and explain our website development and social media marketing services to potential clients. Identify client needs, create customized solutions, and close sales deals. Maintain CRM data and track sales pipeline consistently. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine pitch decks and outreach campaigns. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and upsell/cross-sell additional services. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or digital marketing sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, especially websites, SEO, and social media marketing. Ability to work with targets and demonstrate a consultative sales approach. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
