Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can bring energy, creativity, and execution power to our digital presence. This role goes beyond sitting behind a laptop – you’ll strategize, create, and also be the face of Startup Maharashtra’s content. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute monthly social media calendar aligned with campaigns and events. Identify trends, hashtags, and formats to maximize reach. Content Creation: Write scripts and copy for posts, reels, and campaigns in Marathi + English mix. Create engaging graphics, short videos, and reels. Handle basic video shooting/editing (mobile-first content). On-Camera Presence: Act as host/presenter in short videos, reels, and live sessions. Build Startup Maharashtra’s personal connect with the audience. Client & Community Management: Coordinate with startup founders, partners, and event participants. Manage WhatsApp groups, client queries, and feedback loops. Skills & Requirements Strong command over Marathi + English (bilingual fluency preferred Creative storytelling and scriptwriting ability. Comfort with being on-camera and presenting confidently. Hands-on skills in Canva, CapCut/InShot, or any editing tools. Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and trending formats. Basic photography/videography skills (phone-based). Prior experience in digital marketing/social media management (preferred). Who You AreCreative thinker with execution focus.
