Our Client is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in our industrial and IT solutions business.
You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and selling power backup solutions, lighting solutions, and IT hardware to industrial clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Business Development:* - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in industrial sectors (manufacturing, infrastructure, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
2. *Sales & Solution Consulting:* - Understand client needs and offer tailored power backup, lighting, and IT solutions. - Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations.
3. *Market Intelligence:* - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Contribute to developing sales strategies and expanding market reach.
4. *Quota Achievement:* - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
5. *Reporting & Collaboration:* - Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and collaborate with the technical team for smooth implementation.
*Requirements:
1. *Experience:* - 0-2 years of sales experience in industrial/IT solutions or a related field. - Experience in B2B sales preferred.
2. *Skills:* - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Technical understanding of power backup, lighting, or IT hardware is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools.
3. *Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.4. *Personal Traits:* - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. - Good problem-solving skills and a team player.
