Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting new business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Engage with prospects and existing clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Maintain and update accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools. Support the development and execution of sales strategies tailored to key accounts. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless sales and client delivery. Provide regular reports, insights, and forecasts on account performance and sales progress. Requirements: Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships. Interest in sales, key account management, and customer engagement.
