Job Title : Inside Sales Executive Customer Calling & Lead Follow-Up About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to handle customer calling, lead follow-ups, and sales conversions for our PRINTING MACHINE solutions business. The role involves engaging with new and existing customers, understanding requirements, and supporting closures. Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective & existing customers. Handle inquiries from IndiaMART, JustDial, and other lead sources. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable product solutions. Follow up regularly with leads to ensure timely conversions. Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM daily. Coordinate with field sales for meetings, demos & closures. Achieve monthly targets for leads & revenue. Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline GOOD communication skills 1- 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Generation. Candidates with 3 TO 5 years of experience may be considered for Team Leader roles with higher salary & incentives. Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language an advantage). Confident in using CRM tools, MS Office, WhatsApp & email. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to grow in sales.
