KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain daily financial transactions including data entry, ledger posting, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support in budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements (TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.). Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain and organize financial records and documents. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks regarding financial matters. Generate reports as required by management. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 5–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred). SKILLS REQUIRED Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, or similar ERP tools. Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office tools ( Excel, Word, ) and basic data handling.
