Job Description

Responsibilities Utilize prospecting tools to source and identify new sales opportunities. Effectively articulate the value of our products via cold outreach methods. Identify the needs of the prospect and suggest the appropriate product from the Botree suite. Build long-term, trusting relationships with key business decision makers to qualify leads as sales opportunities. Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects and include the sales executives in the next steps. Schedule calls between the potential customer and the sales executives. Manage MIS and Database Maintain excel worksheets and CRM for all the contacts Utilize best practices for sales methodology Requirements Four or more years as sales development representative with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver presentations Strong communication skills over phone, email, and LinkedIn to establish the right contacts and deal with senior level prospets Should be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach. Positive attitude, self-driven, and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented environment Ability to overcome technical and business objections of potential clients
