Inside Sales Executive

Your Responsibilities
You will be a key player in building ECS's sales engine from the inside.

Your work will include:
•Generating and qualifying leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and digital channels •Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and schedule appointments for field sales teams •Collaborating with marketing for targeted outreach and lead nurturing •Maintaining CRM records with accuracy and discipline •Researching key industries and accounts to personalize outreach •Consistently contributing to pipeline growth and weekly lead targets •Supporting the sales team with proposal coordination and initial discovery calls •Tracking progress and sharing weekly reports with leadership •Staying up to date with ECS offerings, market trends, and competitor landscape ________________________________________ Your Skills & Experience •Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) •Highly organized and target-driven •Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach •Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) •Strong research and lead generation skills •3 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Demand Generation for IT Services / SaaS / Technology Solutions Bonus Points for: •Experience working with Middle East clients •Knowledge of Oracle / Salesforce offerings ________________________________________ Your Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred ________________________________________
