About the Role

Inside Sales

What You’ll Do

  • Student Counseling & Admissions:

  • Counsel and convert leads by guiding students through the

    digital marketing course

    and admissions process.
  • Handle inquiries from students and parents via calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
  • Ensure quick closures of applications with an average ticket size of 4 lakhs and above.
  • Provide clear information about program benefits, learning outcomes, and career opportunities.
  • Sales & Conversion Management:

  • Manage the complete

    EdTech sales cycle

    — from lead generation to enrollment closure.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly

    admission targets

    and revenue goals.
  • Track and analyze conversion data using CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to implement effective follow-up strategies.
  • Relationship Building & Outreach:

  • Build long-term relationships with potential students and parents to maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
  • Represent IIDE at education fairs, workshops, and other

    student outreach events

    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations and superior student experience.
  • Additional Duties:

  • Mentor new counselors and assist in training initiatives.
  • Handle escalations and manage complex student queries efficiently.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the counseling and sales process.

Who You Are

  • Must-Have:

  • 2–8 years of experience in

    sales, academic counseling, or EdTech admissions

    .
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve and exceed

    sales targets

    .
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills to connect effectively with students.
  • Familiarity with

    CRM systems

    , Google Sheets, and sales tools.
  • Should Have:

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple teams and managing student leads independently.
  • A proactive, performance-driven attitude with a strong desire to grow in

    EdTech sales

    .
  • Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience as an

    Admission Counsellor, Academic Advisor, or Inside Sales Executive

    in an EdTech company.
  • Certifications or knowledge in

    Digital Marketing, Sales, or Counseling

    .

Expected Deliverables / KPIs

  • Calls:

    Minimum 60–80 connected calls per day.
  • Revenue Targets:

    Consistent achievement of weekly and monthly

    admission and revenue goals

    .
  • Talk Time:

    2–3 hours of active talk time per day.
  • Conversions:

    High conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Location Requirement:

    Candidate must be residing in

    Delhi NCR
