Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with existing business clients. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B sales of manufacturing products and a solution-oriented sales approach. Location: Ghaziabad Experience: 2-4 Years Salary: 20 to 35k (Based on experience) Responsibilities •Handle incoming inquiries and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. •Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B prospects. •Understand client requirements and offer suitable manufacturing products or solutions. •Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. •Prepare and share quotations, product information, and follow-ups to close deals. •Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date client interactions, sales activity, and reports. •Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. •Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering •Prior experience of inside sales or telesales within a B2B sales role in manufacturing or industrial environment. •Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal). •Strong knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product specifications is a plus.
