Job Description

As an Inside Sales Executive at ApnaKlub in South Delhi, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals over the phone in the FMCG sector. Your main responsibilities will include: - Proven experience in telesales or phone-based selling - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English - Good understanding of the FMCG business landscape - Ability to maintain accurate CRM records and build predictable sales models - 1+ year of experience in a similar role (preferred) In this role, you will: - Build and nurture customer relationships - Manage and report on sales pipeline using CRM tools - Collaborate with a small, high-performing team - Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products If you are proactive, organized, and passionate about making an impact in India's traditional retail sector, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
