Location: Hyderabad Experience: 2-5+ years Job Type: Permanent Job Overview : We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing relationships, and meeting sales targets. As an Inside Sales executive, you will be a key player in growing our customer base by connecting with potential clients and providing exceptional service to maintain long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and generate new leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, etc.) Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to potential clients and explain the benefits. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Sales Process Management: Track and manage sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to create new sales strategies and campaigns. Follow-Up: Provide timely follow-ups to leads, ensuring all concerns are addressed and potential sales opportunities are maximized. Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications : Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar sales role. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
