Job Description

Responsibilities:- 1. Sales and Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through research, lead generation, and market analysis. Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and presentations to prospective clients. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. 2. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company' s printing and publishing services, including print materials, publishing options, and customization capabilities. Educate clients on the benefits and features of our products and services. 3. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and requirements of each client. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to meet clients' specific printing and publishing needs. 4. Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients .Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure profitable sales. 5. Order Management: Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor order progress and communicate updates to clients. 6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. 7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts. Generate regular sales reports for management.
