Job Description

Role: Inside Sales Executive Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Age Limit: Below 36 YearsPreferred Industry: Matrimony Platforms / Similar B2C Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable membership or service plans.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely closures.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure excellent communication and service quality to enhance client satisfaction.
Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for better lead management.
Work professionally under minimal supervision while maintaining performance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
