Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the inside sales function within the manufacturing industry. The candidate will manage our valuable customers who are multinational companies and grow the business with them. Familiarity with API standards and terminology will be an added advantage. The candidate will also develop new customers in order to achieve sales targets. 


  

Key Responsibilities


· Understand customer’s drawings, material specifications and quality requirements to effectively address their requirements.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, operations, and production, to ensure manufacturing feasibility and timely deliveries.

· Collaborate with Purchase in getting competitive costings for Materials & coatings.

· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and also grow the business by offering wide variety of value added products.

·Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

· Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify areas for growth and improvement.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

· Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM software.


Qualifications and Skills:

·       Bachelor's degree in engineering. Additional education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be an added advantage.

·       Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in inside sales within the manufacturing industry.

·       Proficiency in understanding customer’s drawings, material specifications, and Quality requirements.

·       Should have Knowledge of Metal working processes like Open & Close Die forgings, Castings & Heat Treatment.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate effectively with various departments.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new leads.

·       Self-motivated with a passion for growth and success.
