Key Responsibilities

  • Make

    80120 outbound calls

    daily to students & parents
  • Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes
  • Create urgency and drive quick decision-making
  • Handle objections confidently and close enrollments
  • Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Update CRM regularly and maintain lead records
  • Achieve monthly admissions & revenue targets

Required Candidate Profile

  • 6 months 5 years experience in

    outbound sales / telesales / voice process

  • Proven closing ability & strong persuasion skills
  • Excellent Hindi & English communication
  • Comfortable with high daily call volumes
  • Target-oriented, disciplined, and confident
  • Immediate joiners preferred
