As a Sales Executive, your role involves communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. You will be responsible for understanding customers" needs, identifying sales opportunities, and answering their questions while sending additional information via email. It is essential to keep up with product and service information, create and maintain a database of current and potential customers, and explain and demonstrate product features. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads - Identify sales opportunities by understanding customers" needs - Answer potential customers" questions and provide additional information via email - Maintain a database of current and potential customers - Explain and demonstrate product features - Stay informed about competing products and services - Upsell products and services - Research and qualify new leads into opportunities Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in sales - Knowledge of ERP, LMS, Coding, and Psychometric Assessment - Experience in product demonstration and inbound-outbound calls - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi communication - Strong logical, analytical, and interpersonal skills - Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Excellent telephony and cold calling skills - Strong listening and sales skills - Ability to achieve targets - Knowledge in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides) - Must have a personal computer/laptop with fixed or fiber line broadband connections This role offers a competitive salary package that is considered the best in the industry.,
