Inside Sales B2C

The job involves communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. You will be responsible for understanding customers" needs, identifying sales opportunities, and answering their questions. Additionally, you will send additional information via email and keep up with product and service updates. Your duties will include creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers, explaining and demonstrating product features, and staying informed about competing products. Upselling products and services, researching and qualifying new leads, and managing students from classes 1 to 12 in the school classroom or computer lab are also part of the role. You will deliver lectures through the LearnQoch LMS platform, ensure student attendance, and create assessments and practicals as per the curriculum when required. Skills required for this position include coding and psychometric assessment knowledge, product demonstration, inbound-outbound calls, good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi, logical and analytical skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, multitasking abilities, telephony and cold calling skills, strong listening and sales skills, and the ability to achieve targets. Desired qualifications for this role include an educational background in B.Tech (Comp), MSc (Comp), BSc (Comp), MCA/BCA. Knowledge in Google Workspace (Google Doc, Google Sheet, and Google Slide) is preferred. A personal computer/laptop with fixed or fiber line broadband connection is required for this position.
