Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your role involves communicating with customers through outbound calls and following up on leads. You will be responsible for understanding customers" needs, identifying sales opportunities, answering their questions, and providing additional information via email. It is essential to stay updated on product and service information and maintain a database of current and potential customers. Your responsibilities also include explaining product features, staying informed about competitors, upselling products, and researching new leads. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 2-4 years of experience. Candidates with educational backgrounds in B.Tech (Comp), MSc (Comp), BSc (Comp), MCA/BCA are preferred. Additionally, you will be managing students from classes 1 to 12 in a school classroom or computer lab. Delivering lectures through the LearnQoch LMS platform, ensuring student attendance, content reading, and class assessments on the LMS are part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads - Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs - Answer customer questions and provide information via email - Maintain a database of current and potential customers - Explain and demonstrate product features - Stay informed about competing products and services - Upsell products and services - Research and qualify new leads into opportunities Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience - Educational background in B.Tech (Comp), MSc (Comp), BSc (Comp), MCA/BCA In this role, you will need to have good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, as well as strong logical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, telephony skills, and cold calling skills are essential. You should also possess strong listening and sales skills, be target-driven, and have knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides). A personal computer/laptop with fixed or fiber line broadband connection is required for this role. Please note that the salary offered for this position is the best in the industry.,
