As a Sales Executive, your role involves communicating with customers through outbound calls and following up on leads. You will be responsible for understanding customers" needs, identifying sales opportunities, answering their questions, and providing additional information via email. It is essential to stay updated on product and service information and maintain a database of current and potential customers. Your responsibilities also include explaining product features, staying informed about competitors, upselling products, and researching new leads. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 2-4 years of experience. Candidates with educational backgrounds in B.Tech (Comp), MSc (Comp), BSc (Comp), MCA/BCA are preferred. Additionally, you will be managing students from classes 1 to 12 in a school classroom or computer lab. Delivering lectures through the LearnQoch LMS platform, ensuring student attendance, content reading, and class assessments on the LMS are part of your responsibilities. Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, telephony skills, and cold calling skills are essential. You should also possess strong listening and sales skills, be target-driven, and have knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides).
