Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize internal and client LinkedIn profiles to ensure consistent branding and professional presentation.
Use LinkedIn and other platforms for lead generation, outreach, and pipeline building.
Craft and send personalized outreach messages that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor and analyze LinkedIn metrics such as engagement rates, connection growth, and response rates; share actionable insights.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategy.

Requirements

1–3 years experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outreach.
Strong understanding of platforms as a sales and networking tool.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Manage and update internal and client LinkedIn profiles to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand guidelines.
Monitor and analyze LinkedIn profile metrics (engagement rates, follower growth) to provide insights for improvement.
Ability to craft personalized, engaging messages at scale.
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
Familiarity with outreach automation tools preferred
