Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, and social media platforms to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Handle inbound inquiries while performing cold calls daily to reach out to fresh and existing leads.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse audience.
• Present FinnovationZ's offerings in a compelling manner, showcasing the value and benefits of our financial education programs.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, driving business growth.
• Accurately track and document sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in the ed-tech sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in negotiation and relationship-building.
• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple leads simultaneously.
• A strong passion for education and familiarity with FinnovationZ's products.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
