Job Description

The Inside Sales Advisor is responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers through various communication channels. This role requires a proactive approach to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales leads. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends. Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed. Qualifications and Requirements 1-10 years of experience in inside sales or telesales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Key Competencies Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Time management and organizational skills. Customer-focused mindset. Performance Expectations Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
