Role Overview: You are a dynamic and results-driven Inside Medical Sales Manager with a strong background in healthcare or medical sales. Your expertise lies in managing high-performing inside sales teams and understanding client needs in the wellness, preventive health, or medical services space. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, enhancing conversion strategies, and ensuring exceptional client engagement throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the inside sales team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets - Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to healthcare and wellness offerings - Manage inbound and outbound sales processes, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and follow-ups - Provide consultative sales support by understanding client requirements and aligning solutions with OGHAs wellness programs - Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and operations teams for cohesive client communication - Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive continuous improvement through training and feedback - Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients - Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to enhance sales messaging - Foster a team culture centered on customer care, ethical selling, and wellness outcomes Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field - 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, or medical services - Demonstrated leadership skills and proven sales performance - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities - Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot - Ability to comprehend clinical terminology and customize communication for healthcare clients - Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for health and wellness - Experience working with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, or wellness centers is preferred What We Offer: - Collaborative, purpose-driven work culture focused on wellness and client outcomes - Exposure to integrative health solutions and partnerships with industry experts - Clear growth pathways in a premium, client-centered healthcare environment - Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses and leadership incentives Note: Benefits include food provision, paid sick time, and rotational shifts.
