We are urgently hiring for the position of Business Development Executive for our Kapashera, Delhi office. The ideal candidate will drive outbound B2B sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Conduct outbound calls and meetings to generate new leads
Present and promote company services to potential clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Meet sales targets and performance metrics
Keep CRM and reporting tools updated
Coordinate with internal teams for timely client servicing
0-5 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role (freshers are welcome)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and self-driven
Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
