Role Description

Branch Fit-out Infrastructure Manager.Key Responsibilities:1. *Infrastructure Planning:* - Plan and manage branch fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors.2. *Project Management:* - Oversee fit-out projects, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.3. *Infrastructure Maintenance:* - Ensure ongoing maintenance and upkeep of branch infrastructure. - Identify and address infrastructure-related issues.4. *Stakeholder Management:* - Coordinate with branch staff, management, and external stakeholders.*Requirements:*1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.2. Experience in infrastructure management, project management, or construction.3. Strong project management and leadership skills.4. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.*Performance Expectations:*1. Deliver fit-out projects on time and within budget.2.
