Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Infrastructure Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and supporting production environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems. This role demands a strong understanding of system architecture, monitoring tools, incident management, and troubleshooting in real time.

Experience:

Production Support

Monitor and maintain the health of production systems.Investigate, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.

Infrastructure Management

Manage servers, databases, storage systems, and networks in production and pre-production environments.Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes as needed.Optimize infrastructure to improve system performance and cost efficiency.

Collaboration

Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to support deployment pipelines and application delivery.Provide production environment readiness for new releases and upgrades.Excel knowledge is preferredScripting knowledge is preferredCustomer handling experience is must

Documentation

Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure architecture, processes, and incident resolutions.

Technical Skills

Required Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructure setups.

Monitoring & Security

Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.Familiarity with database management (MSSQL).RH- 5896
