The role of AWS and Snowflake Production Support Specialists at PwC involves ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the AWS cloud infrastructure and Snowflake data platform. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents to minimize downtime and support business operations. As a member of the dynamic IT team, you will play a critical role in managing AWS cloud resources such as EC2 instances, S3 buckets, RDS databases, and Lambda functions.
