We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Team Leader Operations to manage a team of 3–5 executives. The role requires strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including order punching, advance follow-up, ledger reconciliation, and dispatch coordination. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and team efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 3–5 operations executives to achieve daily/weekly/monthly operational targets. Order Management: Ensure accurate and timely order punching, order tracking, and coordination with sales/clients. Advance Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on client advances, ensuring timely collection and proper documentation. Ledger Reconciliation: Oversee and review reconciliations of customer/vendor ledgers, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatches and smooth delivery operations. Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards. Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for operational challenges, resolving issues promptly. Reporting: Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports with management on order status, collections, and dispatch performance. Training & Development: Provide guidance, training, and feedback to executives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
