Key Responsibilities - Minimum 5 years

Administer and maintain
Windows/Linux servers
, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure
99.9% uptime
Implement and manage
security protocols
, firewalls, antivirus, and patching
Perform
backup and disaster recovery planning
Manage
user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Support
software deployments
, upgrades, and configuration changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure planning and upgrades
Ensure compliance with
IT policies and data protection regulations
Provide
network support
including LAN/WAN setup, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Configure and maintain
Fortinet firewalls
(WAN & LAN), including:
DHCP and DNS setup
VLAN configuration
Web and application filtering policies
Handle
basic to advanced network troubleshooting
and ensure uptime
Administer
Office 365
including:
User and group creation
License assignment
Teams configuration and issue resolution
Oversee
IT procurement
:
Vendor coordination
Asset tracking
Budget alignment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science,
Information Technology
, or related field
5+ years of experience in
system administration
Strong knowledge of
networking protocols
,
firewalls
, and
VPNs
Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with
monitoring tools
Fortinet NSE (any level)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
CompTIA Network+ or Security+
