As an IT System Admin, your role will involve evaluating and processing incoming software requests through the ticketing system. You will be responsible for setting up sandbox test environments across Windows, Linux, and macOS systems for secure software evaluation. Additionally, you will perform component analysis to detect, document, and track software components, libraries, and versions. Monitoring network traffic, analyzing firewall rule impact, and reviewing update mechanisms will also be part of your key responsibilities.
