Information Technology Support Specialist

As a Hardware and Network Administrator, your responsibilities will include managing computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining these hardware components, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues. Additionally, you will perform regular system upgrades and updates to ensure optimal performance and manage hardware inventory to ensure an adequate supply of spare parts and equipment. In terms of network management, you will be monitoring network performance and optimizing network configuration for efficiency and security. Troubleshooting network issues and resolving connectivity problems in a timely manner will also be part of your role. As part of system administration, you will manage and maintain servers, including file servers, AD Server, and DHCP/DNS. Monitoring system performance and ensuring high availability of critical systems will be crucial. You will also manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, as well as manage the Email solution on Office 365. In terms of support and documentation, you will provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and network issues. Documenting all technical procedures, network diagrams, and hardware configurations will be an essential part of your responsibilities. It is also important to stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements in hardware and networking. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience and hold a graduation degree.,
