Information Technology Support Specialist

You will be joining our team as an IT Support Engineer, where you will be responsible for providing remote and on-premise technical support across Windows and Linux environments. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, managing email systems and domain configurations, performing laptop hardware repairs and diagnostics, and handling employee onboarding/offboarding from an IT assets perspective. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing basic network infrastructure, coordinating with multiple departments to resolve IT tickets, and using JIRA for ticket tracking and issue resolution. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT support position, proficiency in Windows and Linux OS environments, knowledge of email systems and domain management, familiarity with basic networking concepts, and experience with ticketing systems like JIRA. Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this role. It would be beneficial if you have exposure to scripting or automation tools.
