Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with desktop computers and general information technology needs. The specialist will also handle help desk support and ensure that IT-related issues are resolved promptly to maintain seamless operations.
