Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist. Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
  • Proficient in Help Desk Support
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of network systems and hardware is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
