Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The Information Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with desktop computers and information technology systems. The role involves responding to help desk inquiries, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
• Proficient in Help Desk Support
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of network systems and hardware is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
