Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related discipline OR Bachelor’s Degree Plus Related IT industry certification / Program from international recognized institutions
• 7 years of experience providing hardware/software technical support. OR 9 years of experience providing hardware/software technical support for Bachelor’s degree plus IT certification holders
• Preferred candidates working in healthcare / hospital clients/projects or with medical industry background
