As a Software Sales Executive at Policy Planner Direct Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., your role involves selling our proprietary Employee Management & Monitoring Software to businesses aiming to enhance workforce productivity, attendance tracking, and operational efficiency. Your exceptional communication skills, understanding of client pain points, and consultative sales approach will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking. - Conduct product demos to showcase software value and features. - Propose tailored software solutions based on client requirements. - Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain sales activity records using CRM tools. - Keep updated on product developments and industry trends.
