IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (India)
Note:- This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with targets and variable pay. Fixed salary is support-based; earnings depend on performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound sales leads for IT and digital marketing services
* Pitch services such as SEO, website development, and social media marketing
* Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
* Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups
* Close deals within defined pricing and scope guidelines
* Ensure advance payment collection before project handover
* Update CRM daily with lead status, follow-ups, and notes
* Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth project execution
* Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in IT sales or digital marketing sales preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Basic understanding of SEO, websites, and digital marketing services
* Ability to work with targets and incentives
* Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
* Self-motivated and result-oriented approach

Important Guidelines
* No mis-selling or false commitments to clients
* CRM updates and follow-ups are mandatory
* Professional communication with clients is required at all times
Compensation Structure (Target-Based & Performance-Linked)
* Fixed monthly salary as per the agreed salary band
* Monthly sales target will be three (3) times the fixed salary
* 100% of the fixed salary is payable only on achieving 100% of the assigned target
* If the target is not fully achieved, the fixed salary will be paid proportionately based on performance
* **Incentives apply only on revenue generated above the assigned target
* Incentives are calculated only on payments actually received by the company, not on invoiced amounts
* No cap on incentives for high performers
Salary Payout Based on Target Achievement

| 100% or above | 100% of fixed salary |
| 80% – 99% | 90% of fixed salary |
| 60% – 79% | 75% of fixed salary |
| Below 60% | 50% of fixed salary |
Failure to meet the minimum performance threshold for two consecutive months may result in a performance review or placement under a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
