Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading nationwide sales team members, overseeing the sales team’s daily performance to ensure meeting sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with major clients and stakeholders, preparing accurate sales reports, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and will be responsible for sales training programs.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing sales teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
