You are a high-performing IT Sales Professional with 8-10 years of experience in selling custom software development services. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in web & mobile app services. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, preparing customized proposals and pitch decks, meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing the full sales cycle, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings. You should have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT solutions, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, experience working with international clients, and the ability to identify client pain points and provide tailored digital solutions. Strong CRM management and reporting skills are required, and you should be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
