We’re looking for a high-performing IT Sales Professional with 8–10 years of experience in selling custom software development services to join our team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in web & mobile app services Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs Prepare customized proposals and pitch decks in coordination with the technical team Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue goals and new client acquisition Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to negotiation and closing Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction Requirements 8–10 years of proven experience in IT Sales, especially in custom mobile and web app development Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, or APAC is preferred) Ability to identify client pain points and provide tailored digital solutions Strong CRM management and reporting skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Interested candidates please apply at hr@essencesoftwares.com Please share Total experience Relevant experience Current ctc Expected ctc NP Show more Show less
