As a US IT Recruiter based in Wagle Estate - Thane West, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified professionals in both IT and Non-IT sectors who are seeking new opportunities. Additionally, you should possess excellent knowledge of US Tax Terms like W2, C2C, and 1099, as well as a solid understanding of current IT technologies and terminology. Experience in managing multiple requirements, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrating strong communication, social media, email drafting, and interpersonal skills are all key qualifications for this position.
