About the Company

About the Role

Role: Sr Recruiter – Semiconductor / VLSI Hiring.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end hiring for niche semiconductor roles.
Strong stakeholder management and delivery against SLAs (TAT, quality submissions, interview→offer ratios).
Proactive sourcing from LinkedIn, Naukri, technical communities, referrals and targeted outreach.
Provide daily status updates until closure.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years (must have hands-on Semiconductor / VLSI hiring).
Must-have domain exposure: RTL, DFT, Physical Design (PD/STA), Verification/Validation, Embedded/Firmware, Analog/AMS, EDA tools, UVM, ATPG etc.

Required Skills

Strong stakeholder management.
Delivery against SLAs.
Proactive sourcing skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with niche semiconductor roles.
