Responsibilities

Manage the full-life cycle of IT-Recruiting
Sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT positions
Develop and implement employer branding strategies
Conduct interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in Full-life Cycle IT-Recruiting and Hiring
Skills in Employer Branding and Recruiting
Proficiency in Interviewing candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies is a plus
