As an IT Recruiter, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently and within timelines. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Support onboarding activities as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and job portal tools. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
