Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems across the plant
• Manage ERP systems and ensure seamless integration with manufacturing processes
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, firewall, and antivirus protection for plant operations
• Develop and implement IT policies and best practices across the organization
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and service requirements
• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting networking, server, and software issues
• Maintain data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness
• Monitor and optimize the performance of internal systems, networks, and digital tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IIoT and SCADA integrations
• Train staff on new technologies, software, and digital best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure in a manufacturing or industrial setup
• Strong experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, or custom solutions)
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, networking, servers, and cloud technologies
• Exposure to IIoT, SCADA systems, and industrial data networks is a strong advantage
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
